Last Friday, as part of their Sharing The Planet unit, “Food For All?,” Maria from Fairtrade Italia visited the grade 4 classes to support their inquiry into the ethical responsibilities of food suppliers and consumers.
Our students were excellent inquirers who really enjoyed asking our expert lots of questions about her job and the role of Fairtrade.

In what can be considered a ‘tiny’ Christmas, due to the various limitations and constraints, our thoughts have gone to the wider community, to those who are suffering and to those who are supporting us throughout this pandemic.
This video was intended for the hospitals in Bergamo, for the Ospedale Papa Giovanni XXIII and for our neighbours in the RSA Il Gleno Residential Home where our children have always been welcome with their traditional carol singing.

We are nonetheless very glad to share this message of joy and thankfulness with all those who follow our school and support us!

A very MERRY CHRISTMAS from ISBergamo!🎄
